Lightning in the Sky: Poetry for a Dark Age

TIMELESS EXPANSION

There are books
Yet to be explored
I seek a
Timeless expansion
Withering of the
Vine of
Far-flung empires
Gold-dusted
And surreal
I liken the
Temper of the times
To a magician
Standing on an otherwise
Empty stage
Beguiling the audience
With sleight of hand
